Market Leader Spare-Parts
Development and initiation of an adaptive supply chain strategy: For a multinational supplier in the field of spare parts, the strictly country-specific network is transformed into a European structure. This will be able to react with more flexibly to requirements and will, too, dismantle parallel structures. A sketch of the future is developed, the perspectives for each location are clarified - and the implementation path is worked out and detailed.
Market Leader Retail
Digitisation of order entry: At a market-leading retailer, the entire order entry process is being converted from "manual" to "digital". The project scope includes both the conception and realisation of a stand-alone app for order entry as well as the connection to the existing IT systems. In addition, the design of video-supported training for employees and the implementation of the roll-out management are part of the project .
Successful Supplier of Workplace Equipment
Standardisation of product portfolio and realisation of a new price model with an anchor customer: In the course of harmonising the product range, the remuneration structures are also to be adjusted so that they are, on the one hand, in line with expenses and, on the other hand, easy and transparent to handle. The support focuses in particular on analysing distortions in the to-come remuneration in advance, making them transparent - and bringing them to an agreement.

Measures and corresponding packages of measures are collected, evaluated and prioritised. A CO2 calculator is developed and handed over to track the successes.
